Точнее: чистая прибыль, подлежащая распределению. Это часть чистой прибыли компании, которая, обычно по итогам отчетного периода (года), по решению ее Правления и в соответствии с законом может быть распределена в виде дивидендов акционерам. Она состоит из накопленной реализованной прибыли компании за вычетом всех реализованных убытков и части той чистой реализованной прибыли, которая была распределена (например, реинвестирована в развитие производства) или капитализирована ранее, а также не подлежащих распределению резервов и фондов.
